Be seen before you are searched for. Then turn that interest into enquiries.
We design and manage your Facebook and Instagram campaigns: angles and creative, in French and in German when your market calls for it, landing pages, Conversions API and qualified enquiries fed back from your CRM.
The role of Meta Ads
Meta creates demand. Google captures it.
Most of your future clients are not looking for your offer yet. They scroll through Facebook and Instagram, in your region, without having typed a single search. Meta Ads lets you show them your offer before they start comparing. That interest still has to become enquiries, then clients.
Why Meta campaigns often disappoint
-
01
Cheap enquiries that never pick up the phone
A form filled in with two taps costs little. But some people no longer remember their enquiry when you call them back.
-
02
One visual trying to say everything
Without several angles, one per creative, there is no way to know which argument triggers enquiries. And the audience quickly tires of the same ads.
-
03
An algorithm fed the wrong signals
Meta optimises for what you send it. If all it receives is completed forms, it looks for people who fill in forms, not your future clients.
Our Meta Ads set-up
From the ad to the meeting, every link is managed.
Targeting, creative, landing page and measurement are prepared together. Otherwise a good ad sends people to a weak page, and a good page leaves the algorithm without a signal.

-
01
Target the area before the profile
We start from your catchment area and let the algorithm find the profiles, rather than stacking interests. At launch, we check whether a special ad category, such as housing, applies to your account.
-
02
One argument per creative
Visuals, vertical videos that work without sound, short copy: several creatives, each with a single message, to learn which one triggers enquiries.
-
03
Review what Meta’s AI produces
Automatic format and copy variations save time. Every ad is reviewed before it runs: a generated visual must never show or promise something that does not exist.
-
04
Choose where the enquiry lands
An instant form to test a message or open a waiting list. A dedicated page with two or three qualifying questions when you need enquiries that lead somewhere.
-
05
Send Meta what matters
Pixel and Conversions API on the page, then the stages tracked in your CRM fed back: qualified enquiry, meeting, sale. Hashed data and consent respected, in line with the nFADP.

The sequence
Launch. Remind. Convert.
A Meta campaign is more than one ad. It runs in three stages, and the budget shifts to what produces qualified enquiries.
- 01
Launch
Broad delivery across your area, several creatives in parallel. We learn which messages your market responds to.
- 02
Remind
People who saw the page or the video without contacting you see your offer again, with a different argument. This requires tracking in place and visitor consent.
- 03
Convert
People already in contact receive more direct messages: offer, availability, meetings.
Frequently asked questions
01Should you start with Meta Ads or Google Ads?
With Google Ads if your future clients are already searching for your service: you capture demand that exists. With Meta Ads if nobody is searching for what you sell yet, or if you are launching something new: you create demand. Often, the two work together.
02What ad budget should you plan for Meta?
Enough for each campaign to get regular results over several weeks. The amount depends on your area, your offer and the number of messages to test; we set it after analysis.
03How long before the first enquiries?
Often one to two weeks, while the algorithm finds the right people and the messages are adjusted. It then takes several weeks to know which angles produce clients.
04How do you judge a Meta campaign?
By cost per qualified enquiry, per meeting or per sale, depending on what your sales follow-up can measure. Cost per enquiry alone favours easy forms and the merely curious.
05Can you run ads in German?
Yes, when your market calls for it. Ads, page and replies to enquiries must then be in German: translating the ads without the page is not enough. The copy follows Swiss usage, with no ß and prices in CHF.
06Are Meta campaigns compatible with the nFADP?
Yes, if tracking respects the consent given in the cookie banner, if the data sent to Meta is hashed and if your privacy policy mentions this transfer.
