Case studies/Zuttion Engineering

How do you sell the first units of a development in the very first month?

Case study: Zuttion Engineering

About Zuttion Engineering

Arboréa is a new development by Zuttion Engineering: two small buildings, 12 PPE flats (Swiss condominium ownership) of 3.5 to 5.5 rooms in Gampelen, in the heart of the Three Lakes region, from CHF 782,000. A quality project two minutes from the SBB railway station, with delivery in 2027.

The challenge: sell these units in the Seeland, a region on the language border, reaching French-speaking and German-speaking buyers with the same care. At the start, the project had no dedicated online presence, and traditional sales methods (brochure, portals) are no longer enough to create qualified demand for a high-end project. It needed an acquisition setup worthy of the property.

The challenges

Business challenges

Generate qualified enquiries from launch. Cover both language markets of the region (FR and DE) without compromise. Turn interest into firm reservations on high-value units.

Technical & creative challenges

A dedicated, bilingual website worthy of a high-end development. Real-time tracking of unit availability. Multichannel acquisition to bring qualified traffic from both communities.

The setup

Two links to launch the sales: a bilingual showcase worthy of the project, and acquisition that generates demand in both markets.

01

Bilingual website: a showcase worthy of the project

A website dedicated to Arboréa, in French and German, designed to sell: presentation of the project, gallery, details of the 12 units with price and real-time status (available / reserved), a documentation request journey. A polished showcase for a high-end project, accessible to both communities in the region.

02

Multichannel acquisition: generating demand in two markets

Acquisition campaigns deployed across several channels and in both languages, targeting potential buyers in the region. The objective: a flow of qualified enquiries to the documentation form, not vanity traffic.
