SaaS & digital products

Make your product’s value clear. Attract your first customers.

We clarify your offer, your positioning and the reasons to choose you, then build the content, the website and the campaigns to make them known. Your product becomes easier to understand, and your acquisition relies on actions that we test and track with you.

Our platform and app projects

Your situation

Your product is moving forward. Its acquisition needs to be built too.

  1. 01

Your product is ready, but its launch still needs preparing.

You know what it makes possible. What remains is to identify the first customers to target, the benefits to highlight and the channels to reach them.

  2. 02

Visitors are interested, but few become customers.

The visits or sign-ups are there, but what happens next is uncertain. We review the message, the offer and the steps of the journey to understand where interest is lost.

  3. 03

You have your first customers, but you do not know how to attract more.

The first sales show interest in your product. We structure the next tests and their tracking to identify which actions to continue and which to rethink.

What we do

Clarify your offer. Make it known. Track what turns into customers.

We build your marketing around the problem your product solves and the people it is for. The actions depend on your stage, your business model and the resources available.

What we do · 01

A clear offer for each audience

Real example: Qliq’s positioning distinguishes the needs of private clients from those of craftspeople in the canton of Neuchâtel.

Positioning and launch

Give a clear reason to choose your product

We turn your features into benefits your target audience can understand. Together, we pin down the problem addressed, what sets you apart and the arguments that make people want to discover your solution.

Depending on your needs

  • Defining priority customers
  • Positioning and value proposition
  • Offer structure and presentation
  • Arguments and message copywriting
  • Launch action plan

What we do · 02

A launch on the right channels

Real example: ClothesUp’s launch campaigns ran on Meta, TikTok, Google and Snapchat.

Discovery and acquisition

Show what your product changes for its users

We design the pages, the demo content and the campaigns that make your product tangible. Visitors understand what it is for, what they can expect from it and how to move to the next step: trial, demo, sign-up or purchase.

Depending on your needs

  • Marketing website or landing page
  • Copy focused on the product’s benefits
  • Demo content
  • Ad creatives
  • Campaigns suited to your target audience and your model

What we do · 03

Tracking suited to your model

Real example: Qliq’s CRM qualifies private clients’ projects and passes them on to the relevant craftspeople.

Conversion and tracking

Understand what really leads to your customers

We connect the data available to track enquiries, sign-ups and purchases. With your technical team, we define the steps worth measuring in the product to distinguish initial interest, usage and conversion into a customer.

Depending on your needs

  • Measurement plan suited to the product’s model
  • Tracking of enquiries, sign-ups and purchases
  • Results by channel
  • CRM when the sales journey requires it
  • Agreed reminders and automations

Your questions

Before preparing the next steps.

Can you step in before our first customers?

Yes, if your product is usable or its launch is genuinely being prepared. We start by clarifying the target audience, the offer and the messages before preparing the materials and the campaigns.

How do you work with our technical team?

Your team keeps control of the product. Together with them, we define the measurement needs and the connections useful for marketing, then share out responsibilities before they are put in place.

Do you also develop the app or the software?

This offer covers marketing: positioning, messages, content, marketing website, campaigns and results tracking. Developing the product and its features remains your team’s responsibility.

Let’s talk about your product
