How do you launch a cleaning company that inspires trust from day one?

KBN Econett was starting from scratch in Fontainemelon. We built the strategy, the positioning and the offer with them, then the website that carries them: seven services, six regions of the canton, a simple quote request.

About KBN Econett

KBN Econett is a cleaning company based in Fontainemelon, in Val-de-Ruz. It looks after offices, shops, practices, residential buildings and homes, for businesses and private clients alike, across the canton of Neuchâtel.

A new company has no reputation or track record to show. In a market where clients hand over their keys, trust has to come from elsewhere: clear positioning, a readable offer and an online presence that reassures before the first call.

The challenges

01

Business challenges

Stand out from launch in a very competitive local market. Speak to two audiences, businesses and private clients, without blurring the message. Win quote requests with no prior reputation.

02

Technical challenges

A fast, clear website on mobile. One page per service and per region to be found in local searches. A quote form that collects surface, access and frequency from the start.

The setup

From strategy to website, in the right order

A new company does not start with a website. It starts by knowing who it is talking to, what it promises and what it sells. The website then translates those choices.

  1. 01 · Strategy

    Positioning and promise

Targets, territory and promise defined with the founders: demanding cleaning, products chosen with the environment in mind and a local point of contact. The tagline “Des espaces impeccables. L’esprit libre.” sums up these choices.

  2. 02 · Offer

    Seven clear services

The offer was structured into seven services, from offices to end-of-lease cleaning. Each has its page, its use cases and its call to request a quote: visitors find what concerns them straight away.

  3. 03 · Website

A website built for the canton

Bespoke design, a polished mobile version, six regional pages (Neuchâtel, Val-de-Ruz, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Le Locle, Littoral, Val-de-Travers) and a quote request that prepares the job.
