The Swiss law governing what a company may collect about people, and how it must inform them (nLPD in French).
Technical meaning
In force since 1 September 2023. It requires transparent information, a privacy notice and particular care for data transfers abroad, which directly concerns measurement and advertising tools. Contrast configures tracking with these constraints built in from the start, not added afterwards.
