The platform starts from a source list (customers, qualified enquiries) and looks for similar profiles. The quality of the source decides everything: a list of signed customers is worth more than a list of visitors. As campaigns become more automated, the source list also serves as a signal to guide the algorithm rather than as strict targeting.
