From waiting for visitors at a trade fair to a diary filled before opening.

For the Salon de l'Immobilier Neuchâtelois (the Neuchâtel real estate fair), Eli10 did not just want to be present: the group wanted to arrive with qualified appointments, spread across its four companies, and a clear view of what each action generated. Contrast built the complete setup: landing page, Meta acquisition, email sequence and an enquiry allocation dashboard. The result: registrations generated before the fair, better-qualified appointments, and teams who knew whom to meet, why, and for which need.

About Eli10 Groupe

A decisive trade fair, but acquisition still too dependent on passing visitors. Eli10 Groupe was taking part in an event perfectly aligned with its target audience: owners, property managers and local authorities with energy renovation projects.

But a trade fair does not guarantee the right appointments. Without anything set up beforehand, the team depends on stand traffic, on which visitors happen to be available and on chance conversations.

The objective was clear: not to wait for prospects, but to create the appointments before the doors opened.

The challenges

01

Fill the diary

Turn a trade fair into qualified appointments: generate appointments before opening, rather than drawing people to the stand and depending on passing visitors.

02

Reduce no-shows

Confirm, remind and guide prospects all the way to the appointment, to secure their attendance on the day of the event.

03

Allocate enquiries

Route each enquiry to the right company in the group: solar, renovation, financing or advisory support.

The setup

A complete setup to fill the diary before the fair.

To turn Eli10's presence into qualified appointments, a simple chain had to be built: capture interest, confirm attendance, then route each prospect to the right team. Three elements were put in place.

  1. 01 · Landing page

Qualifying from the moment of booking.

A page dedicated to the fair, designed to turn interest into a booked slot. Visitors choose their need: solar panels, heat pump, battery, charging station or safety inspection. Each enquiry is qualified at registration and assigned to the right company in the group.

  2. 02 · Meta acquisition & emails

    Generating appointments. Securing attendance.

Meta campaigns were launched among homeowners in the region before the fair. Each booking was then confirmed and followed by an email reminder. The goal was not the click. It was the appointment kept.

  3. 03 · Allocation dashboard

    One enquiry, the right team.

All appointments were centralised in a clear dashboard. Each enquiry was allocated according to its need and the company concerned. The result: the teams arrive at the fair with an organised diary, qualified prospects and a clear view of whom to meet.
